SREE MANDIR A new and spacious temple is being constructed covering an area of 11,500 sq.ft. comprising of GARBHA-GRIHA, JAGMOHAN, PUBLIC PRAYER HALL and MAIN ENTRANCE. In addition GURU GRIHA will be inside the temple structure. The temple will have stone sculpture finish having combined conception of Birbhum Style, Odissi style and partly Jaipur style depicting Vaishnav mythological and historical scenarios. Approximate estimated cost of piling, foundation & super structural works excluding stone work and the interior finishing items : Rs. 1.75 Crore
GOSHALA The present delapilated goshala (cow shed) will be demolished to facilitate entrance and sidewalk area for new temple to create more hygenic and eco-friendly environment. A new goshala will be constructed as per animal husbandry code along with space for storage of cattle feed. It will cover an area of 3500 sq. ft. The cost of construction is estimated approximately to : Rs. 9.50 lakhs.
MAHAPRASAD PUNGAT GRIHA A dining hall having capacity to accommodate 450 devotees at a time will be constructed along with Kitchen and store room. Planned area is 5,500 sq. ft. The estimated cost of construction is : Rs. 20.00 Lakhs
BHOGMANDIR A separate kitchen along with store room and gangway is planned to be constructed for preparation of Bhog of the deities. Planned area is 500 sq. ft. The estimated cost of construction approximately : Rs. 3.00 Lakhs
GHANTHA MANDIR - PUTHISHALA A new two-storied library cum free reading room is planned to be constructed for general purpose along with a separate unit for research on Vaishnavism and allied subjects. It will also house rare and ancient manuscripts with adequate facilities for preservation. Planned area is 4200 sq. ft. The estimated cost of construction is : Rs. 20.00 Lakhs
ASHRAMIK - SEVAYTAN A two storied 6 bedded indoor health care centre is planned to be constructed for treatment of Ashram inmates. It will house a charitable dispensary having an area of 1000 sq. ft. Also a mobile medical unit is planned to give relief to neighbouring village. Total estimated cost is : Rs. 18.00 Lakhs
ATITHI BHAWAN A two storied guest house is planned to be constructed separately for devotees coming from outside West Bengal comprising of 8 rooms. Approx. plinth area 2000 sq.ft. The estimated cost of construction is : Rs. 22 Lakhs
RESTORATION OF "SUTIKA MANDIR" and RENOVATION TO "NITAI KUND" The old Sutika Mandir is partly settled towards Nitai Kunda creating numbers of cracks in the structure which needs immediate attention and restoration. To facilitate restoration repair and retention of Nitai Kunda is essential. Planning has already been taken up. The estimated cost is : Rs. 11.00 Lakhs
SADHU NIWAS A small two storied cottage construction will be constructed to accommodate at least where 12 aged Babaji's or sick Vaishnava sadhus who will be looked after free of cost. Planned area is 1200 sq. ft. The estimated cost is : Rs. 5.0 Lakhs
